Because we never do. Every installer on your project works for Woodruff directly and has for years. Our lead crew member has been with the company since 1997. We don’t use staffing agencies, day labor, or third-party subcontractors at any point in the installation process. When you book with Woodruff, the crew that shows up is Woodruff.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
You call us and we come back. Every installation is backed by Woodruff’s own workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer’s product warranty. If an issue traces back to how the window was installed rather than the product itself, that’s our responsibility and we treat it that way. We’re not a national call center routing your complaint through three departments. We’re a McKinney company with a reputation to protect and a crew ready to make it right.
How does Woodruff compare to the big national window companies?
The national companies offer consistency at volume. What they can’t offer is local accountability. Your windows are built to order at the manufacturer’s facility to your home’s exact specifications. Most projects run four to eight weeks in production. We confirm your installation date in advance so you can plan around it.

Expert Installation & Final Walkthrough
Our in-house crew removes the old windows, installs the new ones, handles all trim work and paint matching, and leaves the site clean. We walk every window with you before we pack up. We don’t consider it finished until you do.
