For most homes, our crew removes old windows and installs the new ones in a single day, leaving the site spotless.
Are your installers company employees or subcontractors?
Every installer who works on your home is a direct Woodruff employee. We have never used subcontractors for installation. Our lead crew member has been with us since 1997. When our truck shows up to your home, the people getting out of it work for us and are accountable to the same standard on every job.
What warranty do you offer on windows and installation?
Every window we install carries the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty on the product itself, covering the frame, glass, hardware, and components depending on the brand and product line. On top of that, every installation is backed by Woodruff’s own workmanship guarantee covering the quality of our installation work separately from the manufacturer’s product warranty.
